Grilled Tuna

Tuna, so meaty, can be cooked like meat. Marinate filets ¾ inch thick in a mix of chopped parsley, finely chopped ginger root and garlic, good soya sauce, and Tanqueray gin. Be generous according to your taste. Even fifteen or twenty minutes will suffice to soak. Then grill it just au point (still rare at center) over hot charcoal.
