	Civil war and severe flooding have transformed the Indian Ocean coastline popularized by Dylan in the 70s, though the land and sea are still magical, and there are lots of pretty girls.

Better than Sharm el Sheikh (where you'll see more posh Euro divers than marine life), but more difficult to access.

Two Oceans Aquarium, Cape Town, South Africa
If you like sharks and hate chum/cages, this is for you. $30 gets you a guided tour of the giant shark tank and the chance to make faces at aquarium-goers.

Musandam Peninsula, Oman

	Okay, this is not really Africa, although the Sultanate of Oman governed Zanzibar for a spell. Musandam is gorgeous, especially if you happen to get stuck in Dubai for more than a day.
